About ACG Fruit

Acorn Agri and Food, an investment holding company focused on the agricultural value chain, along with Overberg Agri and Steyn Capital have recently acquired all the South African assets of what was formerly known as Afrifresh. The name of the company was changed to ACG Fruit and various changes were made at executive level. The culture of the company has been changed from that of an exporter which operates farms, to a farmer which exports its produce.

ACG Fruit is truly committed to all our employees, customers and stakeholders and we strive to be known as the trusted name in quality citrus and grape exports.

ACG Fruit focuses on citrus, grape and raisin production in the Northern Cape, Western Cape and Limpopo areas. The company cultivates about 1300 HA of land which produces more than 2 000 000 cartons of table grapes, 1 000 000 cartons of citrus, 4 000 tonnes of raisins and 1 000 tonnes of wine grapes.

ACG Fruit has brought a renewed focus on sustainable agricultural practices and will implement a strategy to serve our customers with the best quality fruit, packed in world class facilities and first world safety systems.
